Baht Buses In Pattaya

Blue Baht Bus

If you've been to Pattaya, you'll recognize with the dark blue baht buses that run 24/7 in the central sites. Otherwise known as a sorngthaew (two rows), a baht bus is a pickup truck transformed to carry 10 passengers on 2 bench seats.

There's a baht bus every number of minutes during the day and till the night life winds down, around 3 am. The fare is 10 baht for any of the conventional courses in the Pattaya area. You can also lease a baht bus as a taxi, if you need to travel off the regular route. Make certain to work out the fare prior to you climb up in the back!

Lots of visitors do not endeavor far from Pattaya's central location, because if you're below for the beach, the terrific meals and the night life, there's plenty to keep you entertained simply actions away from your hotel. If you need to travel further away from town, there are a number of other baht bus routes you may find helpful.

White Baht Bus

There's the white baht buses that take a trip up and down Sukhumvit, the arterial roadway, that runs all the way from Bangkok to Pattaya, and south to Sattahip, then east along the coast. The white baht buses travel from Naklua at the northern end of Pattaya City to Sattahip in the South, house of the Thai Navy.

There's lots of locations worth checking out along Sukhumvit If you want to see an outlet mall along Sukhumvit, or one of the tourist attractions, like Underwater World Pattaya, then get on a white baht bus, and ring the bell when it's time to obtain off!

You can also check out a few of the lovely beaches along the coast, south of Jomtien. There's Bang Sare, the fishing town and beach resort, with peaceful beaches where you can enjoy freshly caught sea meals at one of the Sea Food restaurants right beside the beach.

From here you can check out the Koh Khram, an uninhabited island, with stunning white sand beaches and pristine reefs, a wonderful place for snorkeling lovers.

Red Baht Bus

The Red baht buses travel along east-west along Soi Nern Plub Wan, starting from Sukhumvit then to Soi Siam Country club. This is where you'll discover fresh grocery store, an abundance of road meals stands, the Siriporn Orchid Farm and a wonderful Temple, Wat Suttawat. The east side of Sukhumvit is the suburb called the Dark side. There's great deals of places of interest below like the Crocodile ranch, the Elephant town, Pattaya Floating Market, Nong Nooch Tropical Gardens and Mini Siam, that has replicas of 100 sacred places and historical sites in Thailand.
