Their main aim is to collect monies that they use in their daily lives and they are not in service by any call by the Lord or any special connection with God. They are making them appear like kiosks instead of being real temples of God.
Despite the fall out of some groups, the religion has kept up the same practices. The church which they all use as their place of worship, is almost the same for all churches. One sign which appears in these places of worship is the cross. The cross shows the same figure that god was crucified on after being nailed on it alongside two men who according to the holy bible were thieves.
Another factor that is pulling the church by the leg is the division that happened many years ago. Christians now do not have a common view of things. There are now Catholics who are the main ones, and they worship on Sundays all over the world. There is also a common group that worship on Saturdays, and they are called Protestants or the Seventh Day Adventists. There are many other small groups and since they are differing in the way they interpret the bible, it leaves Christians at cross roads on what to believe and what not to believe.

People still believe that Jesus Christ is the savior and son of God whom they have given indefinite number of attributes. That is why the church remains not just buildings but the most respected buildings in the society.
